Fee-For-Service for Practitioners

Fee-For-Service: The New Way for Financial Planning – Are you ready?

Introducing the Fee-For-Service for Practitioners Program

With the Future of Financial Advice reforms and the banning of commissions, soft dollar benefits, and volume rebates due to take effect in a little over a year’s time, it is essential that every financial planner and practice owner takes a good hard look at how prepared your business is to survive and prosper in a Fee-For-Service world.

Yet successfully transitioning your practice to Fee-For-Service is a task that can be fraught with danger. From potentially alienating clients, to risking a significant source of your current income, rebuilding your practice for Fee-For-Service is not something that you should tackle without having had the proper education and preparation beforehand.

From questions such as “Who are my ideal clients?” to “How do I price my services?” building a successful Fee-For-Service practice requires taking a detailed look through every facet of your business to create a business model that is not only profitable, but also sustainable for both you and your stakeholders.

The Fee-For-Service for Practitioners workshop will help you to design and build a successful and profitable Fee-For-Service practice by teaching you, through a comprehensive and structured approach, how to:

  • Define a clear plan for your business, your team, and your clients for success under fee-for-service,
  • Create a valuable and profitable set of propositions and service offerings, using a fee-for-service model,
  • Properly structure and price your service offerings to generate value for your clients and your business,
  • Develop the processes and capabilities to efficiently and effectively service your clients,
  • Market and promote your fee-for-service business clearly and effectively to your target clients, and
  • Ultimately, build a sustainable and profitable fee-for-service practice for you and your team.

The Fee-For-Service for Practitioners workshop is available in three different delivery formats to suit different learning styles and preferences:
