Lap-Tin is the Managing Director and Lead Consultant for E&W Strategic Partners. As a strategy and business transformation professional, Lap-Tin has been involved over the years in numerous strategic development and business transformation initiatives for the likes of Macquarie Bank, AMP, MBF, MLC, and more.
For E&W Strategic Partners, Lap-Tin brings the holistic and considered approach to E&W’s methodologies that are highly valued by our clients, laying the foundation for the shared success of both our clients and E&W.

Ian McKneil
Senior Consultant
Financial Planning
Ian McKneil is a senior consultant with E&W Strategic Partners and comes from a background spanning over 30 years including accounting, corporate treasurer, as well as running his own financial planning practice over 14 years.
Ian is a CFP and accredited trainer who brings an extensive wealth of practical experience together with knowledge in working with financial planning clients to assist them achieve stellar and sustainable levels of success.

Chris Assaly
Consultant
Financial Planning
Chris Assaly is a consultant with E&W Strategic Partners specialising in the areas of financial planning and advice. Prior to E&W Strategic Partners, Chris gained his experience with tours of duty with COIN Software, AMP Limited, and BankWest.
Chris has completed his ADFP and also sits on the FPA Young Planner committee and is actively involved in supporting the FPA.
