General Return Policy
Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product or service purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund – no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
Please see each individual product or service on our website for any further specific conditions that they may have.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a “no charge” replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.
Method of Returns
We will refund to your credit card or, upon request, by cheque or money order.
How to Make A Return
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Information below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and/or invoice.

Training Program Terms & Conditions
By registering for one of E&W Strategic Partners Pty Ltd’s (“E&W”) training programs, you (“Participant”) are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated below.
Invoicing and Payment
Program fees are due within 30 days of registration or as stated in the invoice.
If payment of a program fee has not been received within 30 days of registration, your registration may be cancelled. We will send you a notice prior to doing so.
All program fees must be paid in full to attend the program. If you need to make alternative payment arrangements, please contact us to discuss.
If an account falls overdue, E&W reserves the right to charge a late fee plus any debts that may be incurred in the recovery of any outstanding monies or amounts.
Substitution
If you wish to substitute a different participant in lieu of the participant in the original registration, please notify us in writing at least 24 hours before the commencement of the program.
Substitutions are not permissible once a program has commenced.
Only one substitution is allowed per registration. Subsequent substitutions will be treated as a new registration and incur an additional program fee.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be given in writing by fax, letter, or email. Please provide your invoice or order number with your cancellation request.
If you cancel 10 or more working days prior the commencement of a program, we will refund an amount equal to 90% of the original program fee within 30 days.
If you cancel less than 10 working days prior to the commencement of a course, no refund of the program fees will be provided.
In either case, you may still elect to substitute the original participant with a different participant of your own choosing.
If you do not provide us with prior notification and do not attend the program, no refund of the program fees will be provided.
Non-Attendance
We strongly encourage all participants to confirm their availability prior to registering for a program.
If you cannot attend the program, no programs fees will be refunded unless notice is provided as per the Cancellation policy.
If you cannot attend any single component of a multi-day program, we will endeavour to offer you alternative remedial options, however we cannot guarantee that alternative options will be available. Partial refunds will not be offered in such instances except under extreme or extenuating circumstances.
General
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule programs at our discretion.
In the event that E&W cancels, postpones or reschedules a program, we will notify you and offer you the option of a full refund or to transfer (at no cost to you) to an alternative program of your choosing.
E&W reserves the right to alter program fees, dates, content, speakers or method of presentation at its discretion.
Where a program fee is to be refunded, it will be refunded to you by cheque (unless requested otherwise) within thirty days.
Copyright & Use of Training Materials
All training materials, presentations, videos, etc., used in the training programs are the protected works of E&W and may only be accessed and used by the registered participant once the program fees have been paid in full.
You may not copy, disseminate, distribute or resell any of the training materials without written permission from E&W.
Privacy
E&W does not sell or rent its member and client details to other organisations. The information collected on the training registration form is for the purposes of processing your registration, creating and maintaining participant records, keeping you informed of upcoming events and products and assisting us in improving our service to you.
